Marks & Spencer Food Hall and Waitrose are also located in the town. There is a large local high street market every Saturday which is well worth a visit. Enjoy browsing in the independent shops, stop for a coffee or crab sandwich as you walk down the famous Cobbles to the Quay to watch the ever-changing scene on the Lymington River; also, just a 5-minute walk away. Walk five minutes to the local railway station and catch a train to Lymington Pier for the ferry to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight or inland to the popular New Forest village of Brockenhurst.

The Lymington Seawater Baths open from May until September is a great place for the children and adults to spend an afternoon. If you enjoy walking or cycling there are plenty of opportunities from Sea Salt including a lovely route to the Sea Wall (part of the Solent Way) or via the train or a short drive to Brockenhurst to explore the miles of walking/cycle tracks available to all.
